General Policy

The total cost of the balloon service will include quality balloons, customization of balloons, delivery* & set up.

 

A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is due at the time of booking secure your date on my calendar.

Once your non-refundable retainer is received, your date, time, location, colors and/or theme will be confirmed. 

 

You will have an option to reschedule your order one time as we do understand emergencies can happen.

 

A two weeks’ notice is recommended to avoid an additional rush charge. 

 

The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your event. 

 

Note:

-If you are outside of the 485 loop there will be a delivery fee. *

-The grab and go pick-up option location is Mt. Holly Rd (must have a SUV to pick up).
